Defeating Bounty Targets
The Feybreak Update has added new enemies on the map who are referred to as Bounty Targets that the Vigilante Bounty Officers are hunting.
Exploring the islands or speaking to Bounty Intel Dealers will eventually allow you to find their spawn locations, and this is where they will always appear.
Defeating a Bounty Target will provide you with loot that includes Successful Bounty Tokens, and the tougher the enemy, the more rewarding it will be. (Higher-level enemies provide more tokens)
Best Way To Farm Successful Bounty Tokens
The best way for you to farm Bounty Tokens would be to roam around and clear as many Bounty Targets as possible before they respawn.
Targeting the higher-level targets will allow you to get a larger amount of tokens, but farming the lower-level ones can be a quick way to get a few now and then.
Just like with Alpha Pals, these enemies will respawn, and you can come up with your route to follow as you hunt each one of them.
Successful Bounty Tokens Uses
Successful Bounty Tokens are used as a currency when purchasing rewards from a Vigilante Bounty Officer, who is found at the different settlements.

Tides of Terraria Bounty Token Items
With the release of Tides of Terraria, Vigilante Bounty Officers gained more items that you may purchase with Successful Bounty Tokens.
These include Pal Reversers for switching the gender of your Pals and Implants that you can use to alter their Passive Skills. (Done at a Pal Surgery Table)
Additionally, an item known as the Kinship Peach can be purchased from them as well, which is used to increase the Trust Level of your Pals.
Verdict
Successful Bounty Tokens may be a bit difficult to farm during the earlier phases of the game, but once you become stronger and can easily take out the Bounty Targets, things get easier.
It would be best to target higher-level Bounty Targets to get the most Successful Bounty Tokens possible, but you should also consider taking out the lower-level ones for a little extra.
Obtaining Ancient Pal Manuscripts with the use of Successful Bounty Tokens can be a quick way to progress in the game since these are needed for researching upgrades for your Pals.
