Palworld: Fastest Way To Level Up Pals To 80

Once you reach Palworld’s endgame, keeping your entire roster at the level cap becomes important, especially when harder bosses and raids demand stronger Pals.

The problem is that taking a newly bred or freshly obtained Pal all the way to 80 can become a painfully slow grind if you rely on normal encounters.

Fortunately, there is a much faster method that combines Omascul, the Growth Acceleration Bell, and high-level World Tree encounters to level several Pals together.

How To Prepare?

1) Get Omascul For Your Party

Omascul’s Masquerade Dance increases the EXP gained by Pals in your party, reaching an 80% EXP bonus when fully condensed.

With Omascul taking one party slot, you can still bring four Pals that need experience, allowing you to level an entire group during the same fights.

2) Equip The Growth Acceleration Bell

The Growth Acceleration Bell provides an additional EXP bonus for your Pals, making it another important part of the setup when you want to maximize experience from every encounter.

Equip it before starting your leveling runs, since combining its bonus with Omascul’s effect gives your four leveling Pals substantially more EXP from each successful fight.

How To Level Up Pals Fast?

1) Get Your Pals Strong Enough To Fight

Newly bred Pals can be leveled naturally by keeping them in your party while you defeat other Pals, with Silvance or Dandilord being good choices for pushing them past Level 60 quickly.

This step is optional if you already have a strong Pal available to handle the Forbidden Laboratory, allowing your newly bred Pals to gain large amounts of EXP without needing to be combat-ready first.

You can either bring Omascul with one powerful Pal and let it carry the fights or bring Omascul with the four Pals you want to level and do the heavy lifting yourself.

2) Grind The Forbidden Laboratory

Once you are ready, head into the Forbidden Laboratory and take on its eight Highly Modified Pals to earn a large amount of EXP from each run.

If you brought a strong Pal alongside Omascul, let it handle the fights while the four Pals you want to level collect the EXP, making this the easiest setup for newly bred Pals.

Alternatively, you can bring Omascul with all four Pals you want to level and handle the fights yourself, with one or two clears giving them enough EXP to become much more capable.

  • Lyleen
  • Orserk
  • Faleris
  • Shadowbeak
  • Selyne
  • Bastigor
  • Shaolong

Forbidden Laboratory Location

The Forbidden Laboratory is located in the northern section of the World Tree, at approximately -1998, 1626, making it easy to find once you reach the area.

Head directly to these coordinates to locate the laboratory and use it as your main destination for repeatedly leveling your Pals through the Highly Modified encounters.

Tips For Leveling Pals Fast

1) Clear The Laboratory Yourself

During the first run, newly bred Level 1 Pals are obviously too weak to fight the Highly Modified Pals and can die almost immediately.

If you can handle the laboratory on your own, simply keep these weaker Pals in your party and let them gain EXP without sending them into the fight.

2) Let Stronger Pals Join The Fight

Once your Pals reach around Level 65 to 70 and have been condensed and boosted with the Statue of Power, they can start helping you fight the Highly Modified Pals.

Their exact performance will depend on their stats, skills, and build, so make sure they can survive the encounters before relying on them for the entire run.

3) Keep A Strong Pal Ready

If one of your leveling Pals is still too weak to fight, switch to a stronger Pal and continue the battle rather than risking a failed laboratory run.

Having a powerful Pal available also makes it easier to carry newly bred Pals through their early levels while they remain safely in your party.

4) Check Your Party Before Each Run

Make sure Omascul is still in your party and that the four Pals you want to level are in the remaining slots before starting another laboratory run.

This becomes especially important when rotating Pals after reaching Level 80, since accidentally leaving out one of your targets means losing the EXP they could have gained.

5) Rotate Pals At Level 80

Once a Pal reaches Level 80, replace it with another Pal that needs experience and continue running the laboratory with the same setup.

This lets you work through multiple groups of Pals without having to change your leveling strategy every time you finish a batch.

6) Use This For Breeding Projects

This method becomes especially useful when you are breeding several Pals for endgame teams, since newly bred Pals can be added to the rotation as soon as they are ready.

Instead of leveling each Pal separately, you can train four at once while Omascul provides its EXP bonus throughout the laboratory runs.

Verdict

This method makes leveling multiple Pals to 80 much faster, especially when you have newly bred Pals that would otherwise take a long time to train.

With Omascul, the Growth Acceleration Bell, and the Forbidden Laboratory, you can turn each run into a major EXP boost for four Pals at the same time.

Once you have a strong Pal capable of clearing the laboratory alone, you can keep rotating weaker Pals into the party and level your entire roster much more efficiently.
