The Barrow-Dyad has grown to be a popular weapon due to its many advantages over your enemies, especially since you can modify it through Reshaping.
Obtaining its final Intrinsic Upgrade (Panic Response V) brings the weapon to the point where it has the best base stats but this requires you to take on a certain challenge.
This comes in the form of the Dyadic Perfection Exotic Quest, which has you returning to The Sunless Cell Strike to search for Osseous Fragments.
How To Get Dyadic Perfection Quest?
The Dyadic Perfection Exotic Quest becomes available at the Shaping Slab once you have completed the Dyadic Ascension Exotic Quest.
Dyadic Ascension becomes available once you have completed the Derealize Exotic mission, which becomes available after The Taken Path questline.
Dyadic Perfection Quest Steps
Step 1: Find Taken Osseous Fragments and Complete Sunless Cell Strike
Once you get your hands on the Dyadic Perfection Exotic Quest, you will need to search for Taken Osseous Fragments within the Strike itself.
This requires that you look closely as you go through the Strike and explore it well until you find all 6 Taken Osseous fragments.
After you have obtained all of the fragments, you will need to complete Quest Step 1 by finishing the Sunless Cell Strike. (Defeat the boss and collect rewards)

Step 2: Enhance your understanding of Taken energies by upgrading your progress along the Path of Ambition
After you are done with Quest Step 1, proceed by switching to the Path of Ambition and focusing on reaching Reputation Rank 12.
Once you have reached Rank 12, you will be able to unlock the upgrades from the Shaping Slab for the Path of Ambition and this will complete the Exotic Quest.
Dyadic Perfection Quest Rewards
Once you have completed all the Quest Steps (Objectives) for Dyadic Perfection, you will be rewarded with the Panic Response V Intrinsic Trait upgrade.
This will allow you to upgrade Panic Response to Rank V, which improves the stats of the Barrow-Dyad. (This is the final upgrade for Panic Response and the weapon’s stats)
Dyadic Perfection Quest Disappeared
If you notice that Dyadic Perfection has disappeared from your quests, this may be because you have already obtained the upgrades.
You might already be at Reputation Rank 12 or higher and have obtained the upgrades, which may have automatically completed the quest.
If you attempt to reshape your Barrow-Dyad, you may notice that Panic Response V is now available as an upgrade for its intrinsic.

When it comes to upgrading the Barrow-Dyad, you will want to make sure that you complete Dyadic Perfection to get the highest base stats for the weapon.
Searching for the Taken Osseous Fragments can be a pain if you are with a team that is speed-running, so make sure to check where they are beforehand.
Early progression with the Path of Ambition will allow you to quickly finish Dyadic Perfection after Quest Step 1 is complete and sometimes you may not even notice it.
