How To Get Barrow-Dyad?
The Barrow-Dyan is obtained during the Derealize Exotic Mission, which becomes available during The Taken Path Exotic Quest.
Derealize will be available in the final Quest Step of The Taken Path and before facing Xir-Kuur, the powerful Taken entity aboard the Dreadnaught, you will pick up an artifact.
The artifact is later revealed to be the Barrow-Dyad, a strange-looking Exotic Strand Machine gun that has Taken and Strand properties.

Panic Response
The Barrow-Dyad generates blight when it deals damage and while it is not being fired, the blight will deplete and the magazine will gradually refill.
Reloading this Exotic Submachine Gun will convert the stored blight into Blighted Seekers, which track your targets and deal additional damage.
A maximum of 6 Blighted Seekers can be active at a time and the amount depends on how much blight has been generated and converted. (Blight is converted when you reload the Barrow-Dyad)
