There are two ways for you to obtain the New Malpais Exotic Pulse Rifle, which are both part of the Reward Pass for Ash & Iron.
Those who have purchased the Reward Pass will be able to claim it for free at Rank 1, while those who have not purchased it may still get this weapon for free at Season Rank 70.
Obtaining another copy of this Exotic Pulse Rifle will cost the following:

The New Malpais Catalyst is obtainable from the Ash & Iron Reward Pass and may be claimed upon reaching Rank 90.
Once the catalyst has been unlocked and equipped, this will cause New Malpais’ explosions to Unravel nearby enemies.
