Destiny 2: How To Get Moirai (Exotic Armor)

Hunters using the Strang Subclass are in for a treat as the Moirai (Exotic Chest Armor) can make playing around with Tangle more fun.

This gives you a new way to not only attack your enemies but also a way for you to interact with Tangles that are hard to reach.

Depending on how you play the Strand Hunter Class, this piece of Exotic Chest Armor may prove to be fun and even good for when it comes to fighting groups of enemies.

“Fate is woven with death.”

How To Get Moirai Chest Armor?

Moirai can be obtained as a random drop depending on the difficulty of the activity that you are doing, where higher difficulties are bound to have a better chance of dropping it.

Most Guardians tend to obtain this armor after the completion of The Edge of Fate Campaign, regardless of the difficulty.

A higher chance for obtaining the Exotic Items added in The Edge of Fate seems to drop from The Sieve more often, as we already obtain 3 instances of this armor.

As long as you are doing activities on Kepler, there is a good chance that Moirai will drop, but to speed things up, running The Sieve or Portal Activities at higher difficulties would be best.

Armor Perks

Webcatcher

With Threaded Spike being able to bounce from one enemy to another before being caught, more can now be done with it.

You can now bounce Threaded Spike off of Tangles, which will detonate them and cause the projectile to return immediately, allowing you to catch the Tangle as well.

This works well with the Whirling Maelstrom Aspect as it allows you to continuously create spinning Tangles of death that can easily clear out targets.

Experimenting with Moirai and its Webcatcher Armor Perk can provide some fun and useful builds that may later on make progressing through certain missions easier.

Verdict

When it comes to builds using Moirai or even any Strand builds, the ability to create Tangles is important, which makes it necessary to have ways to create them.

Once you have gotten used to how you will spawn Tangles, the effects from your aspects, and everything in your build, Moirai can help you destroy your enemies with Tangle after Tangle coming at you.

While Threaded Spike does not travel too fast, getting the hang of catching it can be important so that you can make use of your builds to their full extent.
