Silvegis is a Dragon Pal that has been given the nickname “Shield Dragon” due to its ability to create a barrier that can reduce the damage of incoming attacks.
This powerful and durable Dragon Pal makes it a good addition to your team if you are in need of a fighter or tank to charge into a fight.
While this Pal is often encountered once you reach Feybreak Island, capturing one can be beneficial if you need protection when you are in a battle.
Silvegis Location Map
Unlike most of the Pals that were introduced in the Feybreak Update, Silvegis can only be obtained by capturing its Alpha Variant (Field Boss) or through breeding.
You may find Silvegis, Guardian Dragon of Ironclad in the Shield Dragon Tunnel and may find the entrance at (-962, -984) in the Scorched Hill region.
Silvegis Uses
Silvegis is well known for its ability to deploy a shield in front of it as this reduces incoming attacks, giving you protection while mounted or behind the Pal.
Its Partner Skill allows you to mount Silvegis, which also makes the shield more efficient in terms of the duration that it is kept up.
Additionally, Silvegis may be assigned to a base and may help protect during attacks or may gather wood from nearby trees or a Logging Site.
Silvegis Partner Skill
Silvegis has the Aegis Shield partner skill, which allows you to ride this Pal and while mounted, its Aegis Charge exclusive skill has a longer duration.
Aegis Shield causes Silvegis to deploy its shield to reduce incoming damage and with a longer duration, you can stay protected longer.
This makes it easier to survive tough battles and avoid taking too much damage from your enemies’ attacks while you can attack from a distance.
Silvegis Work Suitability
This Neutral Pal appears to be better used as a companion for battle but if assigned to a base, it can gather Wood from nearby sources.
- Lumbering (Level 3)
Silvegis Possible Drops

Verdict
Silvegis may be difficult to capture if you have just reached Level 50 as it will be at max level, leaving breeding an alternative to getting this Pal.
Fighting alongside Silvegis is ideal for it to attack enemies on its own but fighting while mounted can prove to be a good way to stay safe thanks to Aegis Shield.
When left to work at a base, this Pal can be great for defending against attackers, especially since it can use Aegis Shield to protect the other Pals and the base itself.
