Hunting this Dungeon Boss can be a great way to gain experience, loot, and even capture members of the group to work at your base as they can be very helpful with certain tasks.

Prunelia, Indigo Handmaiden dwells within the Sealed Realm of the Indigo, which is a dungeon that can be found in the Deserted Ash Plateau.
The Deserted Ash Plateau is located on the western part of Feybreak Island and at around (-1354, -967) is where the entrance to the dungeon may be found.
Fighting Prunelia, Indigo Handmaiden
Prunelia is not that durable when it comes to a fight, which makes taking out both the Dungeon Boss and her companions relatively easy as long as you get the drop on them.
What makes the battle a bit difficult is that they all utilize high-level Active Skills, such as Spine Vine, Solar Blast, and Poison Shower.
Things will become even more difficult if you are hit by the Grass Active Skills, which can cause the Ivy-Covered Status Effect that slows you, making you easier to hit.
A good way to deal with the group would be to run around them while shooting them with ranged weapons as you Pal are engaged in the fight with other members.
Utilizing Fire or Dragon Pals will be a big advantage as Prunelia is weak against Fire and Dragon Damage due to it being a Grass and Dark Pal.

Taking Prunelia out with ranged weapons can be easy and you can do this by running to the side to avoid the Active Skills that are unleashed upon you.
Fire Pals are a good choice as they are good against Grass Pals but Ice Pals work well too since Prunelia has two elements, thus giving it two weaknesses.
Getting rid of the companions that accompany Prunelia is vital for those who cannot quickly defeat the Dungeon Boss as the extra damage you take and even becoming slowed can make things difficult.
