If you have encountered Ribbuny in your earlier phase of Palworld, you will later discover that another variant called Ribbuny Botan exists and there is a Field Boss version of it.
This Alpha Boss is stronger than the normal variants of Ribbuny Botan, which are Grass Pals that now utilize Grass Active Skills when attacking.
While its looks are adorable, fighting this Field Boss can be dangerous if you get ganked by the regular Ribbuny Botan that it frolics around with.

Ribbuny Botan can be found with its buddies walking around a scene of old ruins around a part of the Scorched Hill that is between the Deserted Ash Plateau and the Frozen Coral Hill.
You will find the Ribbuny Botan Field Boss along with its companions (3 regular Ribbuny Botan) peacefully exploring at (-1211, -1354) around the ruins.
Fighting Ribbuny Botan, Sparkling Smile
Ribbuny Botan, Sparkling Smile is Level 53 and this makes it a threat if you are not careful since it will have access to some of the newer and powerful Active Skills from the Feybreak Update.
You can decide on taking out the other Ribbuny Botan first to single out the Field Boss or may go straight for it if you can manage to defeat it quickly. (They may run off if you approach them)
Once you engage one of them, they will all start attacking you and this means that multiple Ribbuny Botan can attack you with Active Skills such as Solar Blast or Circle Vine.
Wait out their attacks to avoid taking damage and when there is an opportunity, try to take them out while fighting alongside your Pals.
Ribbuny Botan has a large head and the hitbox is easy to hit, making it very easy to deal extra damage with headshots, and to make things easier, you can use Fire Pals. (Fire is effective against Grass)

Defeating Ribbuny Botan (Sparkling Smile) will reward you with the Ribbuny Botan Bounty Token, which provides you with Grass Damage Enhancement. (Medium)
Verdict
Ribbuny Botan is a Grass Pal, making it weak against Fire Pals since Fire Damage is strong Against Grass-Type Pals while it is best to avoid using Ground Pals.
Since there are several companions, this makes it important to watch out for their attacks as they may utilize Circle Vine, which can inflict you with the Ivy-Covered Status Effect.
Thankfully, Ribbuny Botan does not have that much health, which makes a strong weapon and a tough Pal a good match for this Field Boss even if it has companions to back it up.
