You have previously spoken to Pira Doomsayer, who has given you a hint that you should use the Tortured Gifts against the demons.
This has hinted that you will need to go to the areas where the Helltide Event is active and will need to fight enemies there.
Soon this will lead you to discover something that is stranger than usual, which will lead you to seek help from a certain group in Sanctuary.

- Search Helltide for evidence of fallen Iron Wolves
- Speak with Soudeh in the Iron Wolves Encampment
Call of the Wolves Quest Walkthrough
Following your lead after having a conversation with Doomsayer Pira, you will need to head to fight in the Helltide, which can occur in different areas.
Fighting the first few batches of enemies that you come across will cause them to drop a Medallion Shard, which appears to belong to a member of the Iron Wolves.
This will result in you having to defeat more enemies within a Helltide event to find more evidence of what has happened. (You need to collect 4 additional Medallion Shards)
After you have a total of 5 Medallion Shards, you will need to make your way to the Iron Wolves Encampment, where you will be speaking to Soudeh.
Soudeh will confirm that she knows who the Medallion belongs to and recognizes you as someone who fought against the demons in Caldeum.
She will instruct you to fight on their side against the demons, which will later allow you to know what a Wolf’s loyalty is like. (Quest ends after conversation)
Call of the Wolves Quest Rewards
After you have found Doomsayer Pira and have had a conversation with her, you will receive the following rewards:
- XP
- Gold
- Salvage Cache
Verdict
It appears that with the Helltide becoming out of control, an Iron Wolf named Ishaf had been killed and their Medallion had been torn into the pieces that you have collected.
Soudeh the Anvil has instructed you to fight alongside them, which eventually will be rewarding as you continue to prove your loyalty.
This leads you to fight on the Iron Wolves’ side and unlocks the ability to gain Wolf’s Honor to earn multiple rewards during the Season of Loot Reborn.
