Farming relics for Voruna Prime and her signature weapons mainly comes from Disruption, Interception, and Void missions, which are the most reliable sources.
Disruption missions like Apollo on Lua or Kappa on Sedna are great because you can quickly repeat Rotation A or B rewards for faster relic farming.
