Koumei has made quite the introduction with the arrival of the Koumei & The Five Fates Update, and players were quickly able to obtain her parts thanks to the Saya’s Visions mission.
This Dice-Maiden Warframe provides players who love to inflict Status Effects with a huge advantage, making her very powerful with certain builds.
Whether you aim to cause heaps of damage or to prime your enemies before finishing them off, Koumei can be a great Warframe to use on several missions.
Koumei Builds
1) Koumei Decree Hunter (Decree Farming and Endurance Build)
This build is meant for Koumei to last longer in a fight and gain several benefits when she inflicts her enemies with Status Effects, which can be done with her abilities.
The Archon Mods give Koumei her increased stats while also adding additional effects depending on what type of damage is done and her abilities can help out with this.
Since Koumei will often be able to do different types of damage, this also works as a primer build that makes enemies weaker when you have mods such as Condition Overload.
2) Koumei Status Warrior (Status Effects Build)
This build is meant for Koumei to last longer in a fight and gain several benefits when she inflicts her enemies with Status Effects, which can be done with her abilities.

3) Koumei Standard Build (All-Around Build)
This is a standard build that provides Koumei with decent stats when it comes to using her abilities, with a touch of increased survivability thanks to Vitality.
Ability Strength has been boosted up to 268% while her other stats gain a small increase, which can help out with dealing more damage and improving her other abilities.
This will allow her to deal more damage with Kumihimo and Bunraku, which go hand in hand when you want to clear out groups of enemies.
4) Koumei Nuker Build (High Ability Damage)
Koumei can be a decent Nuker when it comes to clearing out low to mid-level enemies, which can be done with the use of her first and last abilities.
With her Ability Strength increased to 323%, she will be able to deal a ton of damage to enemies, and you can modify the build a bit if you don’t want the reduced Ability Efficiency.
While using her as a Nuker may not be suitable in every mission, it can be a good way to easily clear out certain missions when doing solo runs as well as joining other players.
5) Koumei High Reach Build (Increased Range)
Since Koumei is capable of inflicting several Status Effects, we have modded her to have a larger range along with a good amount of Ability Efficiency.
This allows Koumei to cast her abilities several times with a larger area to cover, making it easy to inflict Status Effects on crowds of enemies.
The Ability Duration of her abilities has been reduced to some extent, but this can be altered by adding mods such as Augur Message or Constitution after removing one of the mods.
Verdict
Koumei has a lot of talent and relies a lot on her abilities to hit her enemies, as this makes them weak and gives her an advantage over them.
While her health is not as high as other Warframes, Koumei’s Omamori Ability allows her to survive much better, especially when upgraded by mods.
Being able to cast Kumihimo and Bunraku is important, which makes them vital when it comes to modding Koumei.
