Warframe: How to Get Volt & Volt Prime (2026) Guide

Volt is a Warframe who harnesses electricity to damage enemies and enhance his own abilities, while also boosting the speed and efficiency of his allies.

He is agile and versatile, combining offensive and supportive skills that make him effective in multiple situations, allowing both solo and team play advantages.

One of Volt’s standout features is his ability to increase squad movement speed, making him ideal for fast-paced missions, exploration, and quick objective completion.

How To Get Volt?

Volt is one of the starting Warframes, which allows you to get him for free when you are first starting in Warframe.

You may also purchase Volt for 75 Platinum, providing you with the fully built Warframe, or you may research and replicate his blueprints.

Blueprint and Components Blueprints

Volt must be researched in the Clan Dojo’s Tenno Lab, and completing this process unlocks the main blueprint and all component blueprints for every clan member.

After the research finishes, you can replicate each blueprint using credits, allowing you to bring them back to your Orbiter and prepare for crafting without any extra steps.

Inside your Orbiter, you can access the Foundry to craft Volt’s components, and once all three parts are finished, you can build the complete Warframe.

Volt Abilities

Passive Ability

Volt generates static energy whenever he moves on the ground by walking, running, or sliding, adding 10 electricity damage for every meter traveled.

This bonus damage stacks continuously, reaching a maximum of 1000 points, and applies to his next weapon attack or ability cast.

1) Shock

Volt unleashes a voltaic projectile that stuns a single target and chains to nearby enemies, damaging multiple targets with a single cast.

This ability synergizes with electric shields, increasing its damage and also causes an overcharge when using it on an enemy affected by Discharge, causing a burst from the target.
