Telemetry Tapioca is a cookie that can be baked during The Dawning and is a favorite of Banshee-44 that can be given to him during The Dawning.
How To Make Telemetry Tapioca?

The following are the ingredients that are needed for baking Telemetry Tapioca in Eva’s Holiday Oven during The Dawning event.
Telemetry Tapioca Ingredients:
- 1 Vex Milk
- 1 Bullet Spray
- 15 Essence of Dawning
Once you have all the ingredients, you can make Telemetry Tapioca via Eva’s Holiday Oven which can be found in the quests tab.
Telemetry Tapioca Uses
Telemetry Tapioca can be given to Banshee-44, who will give you a Dawning Deliver gift that may contain Rare or Legendary equipment along with Glimmer and other goods.
You can find Banshee-44 at the Tower in the courtyard and simply need to talk to him to give him the Telemetry Tapioca.
Best Way to Farm Telemetry Tapioca Ingredients
Since Telemetry Tapioca requires Vex Milk and Bullet Spray, the best way to get these in one go would be to target Vex enemies.
Your weapon of choice should be either an Auto Rifle, Submachine Gun or Heavy Machine Gun, preferably something that can be easily used to defeat the Vex.
Verdict
Farming the Vex can be done easily on several destinations while the use of any of the weapons that generate Bullet Spray can quickly dispatch them.
If you want to bake a lot of Telemetry Tapioca, a good place to farm would be on destinations such as Europa as there are lost sectors with lots of Vex there.
You may also need this later on since some of the quests will involve you giving a gift to Banshee-44 to progress.
