How To Get Bullet Spray?
Bullet Spray is dropped by enemies by chance when you kill them with Auto Rifles, Submachine Guns, and Heavy Machine Guns. Each enemy that you defeat will have a chance to drop Bullet Spray as long as you are using the weapons required.
A good way to obtain Bullet Spray would be to fight weaker enemies as they can easily be killed with fewer shots.
