The No Time To Explain is an Exotic Pulse Rifle that can define time and space itself when fighting enemies that are slowed or affected by Stasis.
This Exotic Pulse Rifle is capable of firing 340 rounds (aside from its alternate version from a portal) per minute with a magazine that holds 24 rounds.
Players can utilize this weapon in several situations due to its ammo restoring perks along with its ability to summon an alternate version.
How To Get No Time To Explain?

No Time To Explain Perks
1) Fluted Barrel (Barrel)
No Time To Explain is equipped with an ultra-light barrel.
- Greatly increases handling speed
- Slightly increases stability
2) Accurized Rounds (Magazine)
The No Time To Explain can fire longer distances
- Increases range
3) Time-Slip (Trait)
At 10 stacks of Rewind Again, a small portal will open, shooting bullets from an alternate timeline version of the No Time To Explain. The duration of the portal is extended with precision hits.
4) Full Auto Trigger System (Trait)
Holding down the trigger will fire No Time To Explain at full auto.

No Time To Explain Intrinsic Traits
Precision shots and shots against combatants slowed or frozen by Statis will return to this Exotic Pulse Rifle’s magazine.
The No Time To Explain can fire several rounds and if you are using Stasis or have abilities that slow, this will be good for restoring your magazine.
The more ammo you restore, the longer you will be firing at enemies, maximizing the amount of damage you do before reloading.
Rewind again can occur multiple times, stacking which later one will create a portal when 10 stacks are reached, allowing an alternate timeline version of the weapon to fire at enemies.
How To Get No Time To Explain Catalyst?
Blast from the Side
Unlocking the No Time To Explain catalyst provides you with the Blast from the Side perk, which enhances the Rewind Again portal weapon.
Projectiles from the No Time To Explain alternate version will fire more frequently, increasing the total amount of damage it can cause to enemies.
This becomes useful when you are in combat as the extra shots will help take down enemies or cover you when you are targeting other enemies.
You can get the No Time To Explain catalyst by completing the “Soon” quest, an Exotic Quest that can be obtained from Exo Stranger.
The Blast from the Side perk can be obtained after unlocking the No Time To Explain catalyst by defeating 700 enemies with the Exotic Pulse Rifle.
The No Time To Explain is popularly known for its ability to greatly increase the amount of damage that you can do thanks to the alternate version from a portal.
Another great feature of this weapon is its ability to regenerate ammo with Rewind Again, which allows you to fire more rounds before having to reload.
Being able to continuously slow enemies and deal with precision hits will allow you to deal with continuous fire and increase your damage per second before reloading.
