After helping Tharra and the Amazons defend the Bridge of Portemos, they have regrouped nearby, but their numbers have been reduced.
There are still more Amazons in the area, and some of them need saving, which will be beneficial as an addition to your numbers against the Drowned.
Tharra and the others have gone ahead, and you are now to meet up with them to plan out how to help the rest of the warriors before it’s too late.
How To Get The Queen’s Castaways Quest?
The Queen’s Castaways becomes your active quest after you have completed the Scattered to the Wilds quest.
Tharra and the others have headed to the northwest after the fight at the Bridge of Portemos, and you now need to meet up with them.
The Queen’s Castaways Walkthrough
After the fight near the bridge, make your way to the marked area and you will find Tyrael along with Tharra, who you must now speak with.
Tharra will tell you that the rest of the Amazons are in the marina, which is where you will be heading next to save them.
After your conversation, the Zerae Marina will now be accessible, and you will need to head inside and begin searching for signs of the Amazons.
Continue exploring the Zerae Marina until you reach the bridge, which is where you will find the Amazon scouts fighting off the Drowned.
Clear out the Drowned and speak with the Amazon Spearmaiden, who will tell you where the rest of the Amazons are.
You will need to make your way north, which is where you will find and have to defend the Amazon Bowmaiden and the others.
After fighting off the Drowned assault, the Amazons will make their way to the Zerae Amphitheater nearby, and you will need to follow.
Enter the Amphitheater and a boss called The Water Shaper will appear, who you will now have to defeat with the help of Tharra.
Once The Water Shaper has been defeated, speak with Tharra, who will convince the Amazons to join you in the attack on the Foundering Caverns. (Quest ends here)

After defeating The Water Shaper and speaking to Tharra, the quest will be complete, and your next quest will be The Hateborn Sea.

Verdict
After the battle at the bridge, it became clear that your forces were still too thin to launch a full assault against the Drowned in the Foundering Caverns.
Thankfully, you were able to rescue more Amazons within the marina, fighting through waves of enemies and defeating the Water Shaper alongside Tharra.
With the survivors now convinced to join the fight, the time has come to push into the Foundering Caverns and continue the search for the second piece of the blade.
