With Lorath wounded and brought to the Athulua Garrison, things seem to be a bit peaceful, but this only lasted a short while.
Your attempt to get information about where you need to go for the second piece of the blade was interrupted by an attack on the Garrison.
Thankfully, your efforts helped protect what was left of the garrison, and it seems that whatever forces of the Amazons that are left may be willing to assist you now.
How To Get Scattered to The Winds Quest?
Scattered to the Winds follows after the completion of the Wounded Souls quest, which had you defending the garrison against the Drowned.
After a successful defense, a lot of Amazons were taken down, and to push the attack on the Drowned, you will need more warriors to fight alongside you.
Scattered to The Winds Walkthrough
The quest starts with you left off after defending the Athulua Garrison, and you will now need to speak with the Amazon Captain.
After you talk with the Amazon Captain, you will need to follow Tyrael as the two of you head to search for Tharra and the other Amazons.
Tyrael will stop at the gate and talk to you about Lorath despite there being another concern regarding Lilith living inside of you, which he seems to not know about yet.
Make your way to the marked location, and you will be ambushed by a group of Drowned enemies, and after defeating them, the Amazon Bowmaiden.
Speak to the Amazon Bowmaiden, and she will point you in the direction where Tharra is, but you must hurry; the Drowned have been attacking nonstop.
Make your way to the marked location and speak to Tharra, who is grateful that you have arrived, and at that moment, everyone must get ready for a fight.
Drowned will begin to attack, and you must defend yourself against the waves of enemies until a Tideraiser appears.
The Tideraiser acts as a boss during this quest, and at certain periods when its health is low, it will become invulnerable, and you must clear out the enemies that it spawns.
Once the Tideraiser has been defeated, the rest of the group will rush off, leaving you to follow, but this is also where the quest comes to an end.
Scattered To The Winds Quest Rewards
After defeating the Tideraiser, the Scattered to the Winds quest will be complete and you will receive a new one called The Queen’s Castaways.
In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

Verdict
After holding the line at the garrison, you set out with Tyrael to regroup with Tharra and the scattered Amazons, hoping to rebuild your forces.
Along the way, you fight through more Drowned and reconnect with survivors, only to be met with yet another wave of attacks that refuse to let up.
With the Tideraiser finally defeated and the Amazons rallying once more, the path forward opens, but the growing threat makes it clear the battle is far from over.
