You discovered that Mephisto now has a connection to you due to your connection with Lilith, but thankfully, she is keeping him at bay for the moment.
With one of the parts of the blade now obtained and safe with your allies, it’s time for you to meet up with them in Athulua.
The only problem is, you will need to search for them, and it looks like the place has been overrun by The Drowned, forcing you to fight your way to get to them.
How To Get The Rising Tide Quest?
The Rising Tide becomes available after you have completed The Soil, The Seed, The Fruit quest, which had you meet with Lilith after obtaining the first part of the blade.
You will be able to continue your search for the second part, which is in Athulua, but first, you will have to find your allies.
The Rising Tide Walkthrough
Begin by making your way to Althulua, which will be marked by a waypoint, and you may easily get there by riding your mount to save time.
Once you reach the marked area, continue making your way to the next one, which is where you will encounter a group of Amazons who are fighting off The Drowned.
Speak with Captain Aegel, who will not be so hospitable after learning you are searching for Lorath, since she remembers he assaulted their queen.
More Drowned will appear, and you will need to help the Amazons slay them, which requires that all enemies that appear be slain.
Once the area is clear, speak to Captain Aegel once more, and she will tell you where to search for Lorath, which will be at the Temple of Courage.
Head to the Temple of Courage, and you will find Tharra along with more Amazons, who are trying to seal the gate to the temple, which has now been overrun.
Defend the area and clear out all of the enemies that spawn before speaking to Tharra, who will tell you what last happened to Lorath.
This begins a cutscene showing the encounter where Lorath was choked but still spared by the queen, and Tharra will inform you where she last saw him. (Quest ends here)
The Rising Tide Quest Rewards
After the cutscene ends and you finish speaking to Tharra, The Rising Tide quest will be complete, and you will receive the Threadbare Legacy quest as your next one.
In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

Arriving in Athulua, you fight through waves of the Drowned while searching for any sign of Lorath, quickly realizing the situation is more chaotic than expected.
After regrouping with Tharra and the Amazons, you learn that Lorath had an encounter with the queen but is nowhere to be found, leaving more questions than answers.
With your only lead pointing toward the queen’s camp, your search continues there, where the truth behind Lorath’s fate may finally come to light.
