With the path to the Archives now open, you and Lorath must make your way below in search of clues about the blade that can banish Mephisto.
Rathma is the only one who knows exactly where all the pieces are, and to get the information you need, it looks like challenges may lie ahead.
You will need to proceed into the Archives and find out what you can about the whereabouts of the pieces if you are to put a stop to Mephisto.
How To Get A Blade’s Weight Quest?
A Blade’s Weight follows after the completion of the quest called Those Who Remain, which previously had you searching for the key to the Archives.
After the assistance of the survivors, you were able to get the key from the Curator’s body and have now opened the Archive’s entrance.
A Blade’s Weight Walkthrough 
Once the quest begins, head into the Archives to begin exploring the Archive of the Makers, which is where you will need to push forward until you find the Heap of Destroyed Texts.
After investigating the texts, go ahead and continue exploring the archives until you reach a small puzzle room and interact with the Time-Worn Inscription.
After interacting with the inscription, you will need to solve the puzzle in the room, which has pedestals near a statue and at the bottom of the circle.
To do this, we first started at the bottom, selecting the pedestals in the following order, going from left to right: Coruphar, Abythos, and Dunaxys.
After interacting with these, we selected the ones at the top, but this time interacting with the statue and choosing them in the following order: Dunaxys, Abythos, and Coruphar.
This will open the entrance to The Closed Way, the next part of the dungeon that you will now need to make your way into.
Follow the path, and you will reach the Chamber of the Golem, which is where a statue of Rathma can be seen, and you will need to interact with each Flame of Rathma Essence brazier.
Speak to the statue before speaking with Lorath, which begins the challenge that Rathma has for you, which involves fighting your way through each doorway and finding the essences.
Each path has enemies, and at the end is one of Rathma’s Essences, which you need to lead back to the braziers near the statue.
After all the braziers have had their essences returned, the statue (Rathma’s Golem) will come to life, and the final challenge begins.
You will need to defeat Rathma’s Golem, which includes a part where he casts you out of your body, and you need to make your way back.
Speak with Rathma’s Golem after the fight is complete, and he will tell you about the blade and where its pieces can be found.
After speaking to Rathma’s Golem, speak to Lorath about what Rathma’s Golem has told you, and the quest will shortly come to an end.
A Blade’s Weight Quest Rewards
After speaking with Lorath, the quest will end, and you will receive a new quest called In Rathma’s Footsteps, which continues the campaign.
