Diablo 4: A Divine Missive Quest Walkthrough

New forces have arrived in Sanctuary, and once again, you alone stand between the land and the evil threatening to consume it.

As you prepare to set out on your journey, an angelic voice captures your attention, compelling you to follow where it calls.

This moment marks the beginning of a new path, one where divine powers slowly reveal themselves and unfamiliar challenges rise to test your strength, resolve, and faith.

How To Get A Divine Missive Quest?

A Divine Missive is the first quest that you get in Season 11, which acts as a guide that brings you to the Heavenly Forge for the first time.

Throughout the season, you will want to focus on progressing with Divine Favor as well as making use of the blessings provided by the Heavenly Forge.

A Divine Missive Quest Walkthrough

Once you log in for the first time, this quest will begin, and you will eventually stumble upon the Angelic Voice after moving a bit.

The Angelic Voice will invite you to follow it, which requires you to make your way to the College of Light near the Bear Tribe Refuge.

To speed things up, you can fast-travel to the village and make your way to the waypoint marking your destination on the map.

Make your way into the portal once you reach your destination, and this will teleport you to the Heavenly Forge, where the Archangel Hadriel awaits you.

Once you reach Hadriel, speak with him to progress with the quest, as he will begin to explain the situation and permit you to access the Heavenly Forge whenever you wish to do so.

After your conversation with Hadriel, the quest will shortly come to an end, and from here on, you will have access to seasonal content.

A Divine Missive Quest Rewards

Completing this introductory quest will provide you with access to the Heavenly Forge and add a new quest called Hadriel’s Divine Missive for you to work on.

In addition to this, you will be able to utilize the Heavenly Forge to bestow blessings (Sanctification) upon your equipment after slaying a Lesser Evil.

Hadriel will now be the NPC that you will need to check on to view your Divine Favor, which later yields certain rewards.

The completion of this quest also provides you with starting Rare Quality weapons and offhand weapons along with a Minor Tribute of Andariel. (Kurast Undercity Tribute)

Verdict

A Divine Missive introduces Season 11 efficiently, guiding players to the Heavenly Forge while establishing Divine Favor as the core of seasonal progression.

Completing the quest grants permanent access to celestial systems that enhance gear, support seasonal objectives, and influence long-term character power growth.

Though brief, this introductory quest sets clear expectations, helping players understand seasonal mechanics, key NPCs, and how divine systems fit into endgame content.
