You recently made your way to the Cathedral of Light to investigate a large fire and a small commotion nearby.
It turns out a man named Urivar has taken over the cathedral and is backed up by Reverend Mother Prava, which later results in a man’s execution.
This was revealed after speaking to a man named Valcar and just after his story was done, you see Urivar making his way toward you.
How To Get A Fist of Fire Quest?
A Fist of Fire becomes available right after you witness the cutscene that begins after you speak to Valcar, which reveals the execution.
As soon as the cutscene is complete, the Rekindle Faith quest ends and A Fist of Fire immediately begins as Urivar walks over to the burning pyre.

Urivar and the knights send the bystanders away as they are crowding the area and once this happens, he immediately notices you.
Before leaving, Urivar insults and even threatens you while also mentioning Lorath and Neyrelle, who are currently being hunted.
After your conversation with Urivar, he and his knights leave while you make preparations to search for Lorath and Neyrelle.
A Fist of Fire Rewards
After speaking to Urivar, the quest will be complete and you will be rewarded with XP, Gold and a new quest called Pursuit of Justice will be available.
Verdict
It seems that Urivar may be quite a handful, and you will want to watch your back since he has it out for you and those closest to you.
With Neyrelle missing and no signs of Lorath, your first place to look would be at his cabin to see if he left any clues.
Neyrelle will also need to be found later as she has gone off on her own with Mephisto’s Soulstone and this could be trouble.
