Rekindled Faith is the first quest that you begin when you start a new character in the Vessel of Hatred Expansion.
Following the previous events of Diablo 4, Neyrelle has gone off with Mephisto’s Soulstone and the Cathedral of Light appears to be under new order.
A man named Urivar has begun public executions, forcing what he believes is right by the heavens, and along with him is Reverend Prava.
How To Get Rekindled Faith Quest?
The Rekindled Faith Quest begins as soon as you start a new character once you have the Vessel of Hatred Expansion.
Players who have purchased the Vessel of Hatred Expansion will automatically be able to start this campaign as it is an option when starting a new character.

- Speak with the locals at the Cathedral of Light
Rekindled Faith Walkthrough
This is more of an introductory quest and involves you navigating your way to the Cathedral of Light to see what is going on.
When the quest begins, you will be making your way to the Cathedral of Light, where a group can be seen surrounding a burning pyre with a body in it.
It is seen that as you approach the cathedral, the area has been secured by knights and this is a sign that some sort of takeover has happened.
You will need to speak to one of the people there, who is named Olya but she is interrupted by a man named Valcar.
Valcar explains what has happened, which is done through a cutscene showing the events that occurred the previous night. (Public execution, death by burning)
Rekindled Faith Rewards
After learning about what took place the previous night, the Rekindled Faith Quest will end, rewarding you with XP and Gold
Additionally, a new quest called A Fist of Fire will begin, which involves you speaking to Urivar after he sends the crowd away.
Verdict
The introduction of this new character leading the knights seems to be a violent one in nature and one who does not forgive easily.
Reverend Prava seems to be going along with what has happened, but she seems to be hesitant to allow this to go by is still something that she shouldn’t be doing.
While you have been listening to Valcar, it looks like Urivar himself and some knights make their way to you to get rid of the bystanders and speak to you.
