Void Relics are valuable items that players often start farming once they have gotten the hang of the game, allowing them to obtain Prime Blueprints and Prime Components.
The items obtained from cracking open a Void Relic can later be crafted and eventually result in you being able to build Prime Warframes, weapons and more at your foundry.
Farming Void Relics can sometimes be tough as you need to focus on drop tables and some are only around for a certain period before they are vaulted, making them no longer available.
How To Get Void Relics?
Void Relics in Warframe are primarily obtained as mission rewards, with endless missions like Survival, Defense, and Disruption offering consistent drops through rotation reward tables.
Completing any mission in the Void guarantees either a Void Relic or Aya, making nodes like Hepit and Ukko among the fastest and most reliable farming options available.
Players can also acquire relic packs by spending Standing with Syndicates and vendors like Ostrons, Solaris United, and Entrati, or by purchasing them using Steel Essence or Platinum.
Additional sources include Elite Sanctuary Onslaught, Heists, and Void Storms, which can reward relics that are already refined to Radiant, increasing chances for rare Prime rewards immediately.
Unvaulted Relics
Unvaulted Relics are currently available in the drop tables and are commonly farmed by players to obtain Prime Items contained within them before they return to the Prime Vault.
These relics are rewarded from specific mission types across the Star Chart, with different missions and locations offering different relic pools based on rotation tables and enemy level.
Endless missions like Survival, Defense, and Disruption typically provide relic rewards at rotation intervals, while certain non-endless missions can also award relics upon completion.

Vaulted Relics
Vaulted Relics can no longer be obtained through normal mission drops, but they are still accessible through alternative methods even after being removed from the drop tables.
While they cannot be earned from missions anymore, players can still obtain them by trading with other players or by purchasing specific offerings from Baro Ki’Teer when he brings them into rotation.
Additionally, some vaulted relics become temporarily available again through Prime Resurgence, where players can exchange Aya for selected relics during active rotations.

How To Open Void Relics?
Void Relics in Warframe can be opened in Void Fissure missions, which are special corrupted missions where enemies are infused with Void energy and drop Reactant needed to unlock relic rewards.
These fissures can be found in the Navigation menu by selecting the Void Fissure tab, where missions are listed and grouped by relic tier such as Lith, Meso, Neo, and Axi depending on mission level.
Before starting a fissure mission, players choose which Void Relic they want to equip, and only relics matching the mission’s tier can be selected for that run.
Once inside the mission, players must collect 10 Reactants from corrupted enemies affected by fissure energy, and this requirement must be completed before extraction or rotation reward.
At the end of a successful mission or each rotation in endless modes, the relic is cracked open to reveal one reward, and in endless fissures players can select a new relic for the next rotation.
Verdict
Void Relic farming remains one of the most consistent and important progression systems in Warframe, giving players direct access to Prime parts used for powerful weapons and Warframes.
Once you understand fissure missions, relic tiers, and drop rotations, farming becomes much more efficient and allows you to target specific Prime rewards or farm ducats reliably.
Overall, Void Relics stay relevant throughout the entire game progression, rewarding both solo players and squads while remaining a core part of long-term gear building and optimization.
