Warframe: Vesper 77 Builds (Our Tested Builds)

The Vesper 77 became quite popular when the Warframe 1999 update was released and its ability to highlight enemy weak points makes it quite formidable.

With a balance of Critical Damage and Status Chance, you can easily modify the weapon based on your preferences to complement your other weapons.

Its base damage and other stats make up for its low magazine capacity and rate of fire, which can later be improved with the addition of certain mods or using Warframe abilities.

Vesper 77 Builds

1) Vesper 77 Standard Build (Critical Build)

Our Standard Build focuses on dealing Critical Damage with the Vesper 77, which is achieved with Primed Pistol Gambit and Primed Target Tracker.

Included in the build are Convulsion and Pathogen Rounds for additional damage and to create an Elemental Combination to make killing certain factions easier.

Pressurized Magazine and Primed Quickdraw will help with the reloading time since the Vesper 77 has a small magazine capacity but these can be swapped out.

Altering the Elemental Damage Mods can be done to focus on dealing additional damage to certain factions based on their weaknesses.

2) Vesper 77 Elemental Build (Elemental Critical Damage Build)

This serves as another Critical Damage build but focuses more on base damage as well as taking advantage of your enemy’s weaknesses. (With the possibility of inflicting Status Effects)

The increased base damage makes it easier to take out enemies but once the Critical Hits occur, most enemies can be killed with a single shot.

Altering the arrangement of the Elemental Damage mods will allow you to change the Damage Type you deal to factions to deal more damage to them.

While this build lacks the reload speed compared to our Standard Build, it is a good way to deal damage if you intend on one-shotting weaker enemies.

3) Vesper 77 Primer Build (Status Chance Build)

While the Vesper 77 doesn’t have a large magazine capacity, it can still be used to inflict Status Effects upon your enemies and this can be useful for single targets.

The mods added in this build allow it to deal with different types of Elemental Damage depending on how you arrange them and this can help with killing different factions.

Galvanized Shot has been added to the build to further increase the Status Chance and cause enemies to take more damage depending on the Status Effects they are affected by.

Gunslinger has been added for a faster rate of fire while Stunning Speed helps add more Status Chance and increases the reload speed of the Vesper 77.

4) Vesper 77 Hybrid Build (Critical Damage and Status Chance)

Serving as a combination of both Critical Damage and Status Chance, this build provides you with both damage and the ability to inflict Status Effects.

The build lacks fire rate and reload speed but certain Warframes have abilities that can speed these stats up to make up for what it lacks.

Lethal Torrent and Auger Pact may be replaced with other mods though, which can adjust the build based on your preferences.

Sticking with an Elemental Combination that is strong against a certain faction will allow you to easily take them down with a few hits. (More shots may be required for high level enemies)

Verdict

The Vesper 77 can be a bit tricky to mod at first, especially since its low fire rate makes it necessary for you to be accurate and the time your shots but with the right build, it can be powerful.

A good way to use the Vesper 77 is to take shots at your enemies and aim for their weak spots since they will be highlighted, making it easier for you to maximize your damage.

The builds provided above are good starter builds and they can be altered based on what mods you prefer to have and what enemies you will encounter in missions.
