Warframe: How to Get Nunchasa

The Nunchasa is Narin’s signature bow, combining precise charged shots with Cold Damage to freeze enemies before they can reach us.

Unlike conventional bows, the Nunchasa features an alternate firing mode that unleashes a powerful blizzard arrow, freezing enemies it touches and leaving a chilling path behind.

With its high Critical and Status Chances, built-in elemental damage, and two firing modes, the Nunchasa offers several ways to deal with individual targets and groups of enemies.

How To Get Nunchasa?

Nunchasa’s main blueprint and four component blueprints can be purchased from Cephalon Melica using Entropic Kuva, which is obtained by defeating Entropic Eximus enemies aboard the Zariman.

To access Melica, we need to complete the Angels of the Zariman quest, after which she can be found in the Chrysalith or at Yuvan’s Peak on Earth.

Purchasing all five blueprints costs a total of 400 Entropic Kuva, allowing us to craft each component before assembling Nunchasa in the Foundry.

Nunchasa Stats

The Nunchasa features two charged firing modes, with its primary attack delivering Cold and Puncture Damage and its alternate attack adding Slash Damage.

Its alternate firing mode requires a longer charge but delivers significantly more damage, making it useful against tougher enemies and groups.

Nunchasa Primary And Alternate Fire

The Nunchasa’s primary fire launches charged arrows that deal equal amounts of Cold and Puncture Damage, with a short charge time that allows us to fire consecutive shots.

Its alternate fire unleashes a blizzard arrow that freezes enemies along its path, dealing greater damage while leaving behind a chilling trail.

Both firing modes have high Critical and Status Chances, allowing us to experiment with different builds depending on whether we prefer direct damage or elemental effects.

Nunchasa Tips

The Nunchasa’s primary fire charges quickly, making it useful for landing consecutive shots without relying on the longer charge time of its alternate fire.

Use the alternate fire against groups of enemies to freeze multiple targets and take advantage of the chilling path left behind by the blizzard arrow.

Its built-in Cold Damage works well with Narin’s abilities, allowing us to apply additional Cold Status Effects and take advantage of enemies already affected by her attacks.

The weapon’s high Critical and Status Chances make it suitable for hybrid builds, allowing us to improve both its direct damage and its ability to apply elemental effects.
