The Tides of Terraria update introduced several new Pals, including variations of older ones, such as Penking Lux, a Pal that has both the Water and Electric elements.

Penking Lux can commonly be found swimming around Sakarujima Island, and you will often find it around the shores of the island, but you will have to resort to fishing.
It is also possible to find Penking Lux on Phantom Isle, as well as around the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may also find fishing spots that may have it.

Penking Lux Uses
Penking Lux is a top choice to have when it comes to farming items from Water Pals since its Partner Skill (Unyielding Commander) makes them drop more loot.
Being a Pal that has two elements, this gives Penking Lux an advantage over both Fire and Water Pals, but you should also keep in mind it shares two weaknesses as well.
When it comes to working at a base, you can assign Penking Lux to take care of several of the tasks around or assign it to a specific structure to keep it working there.

While Penking Lux is summoned and you are fighting alongside each other, the Water Pals that you defeat will tend to drop more items.
This makes Penking Lux a useful Pal to have when you are fighting Water Pals and are trying to farm certain items; their quantity will often be increased.

Penking Lux can work on structures that require Watering and can also generate electricity for Power Generators.

All in all, Penking Lux can be quite useful in a base due to the many tasks that it can take on, and having one or more can make your early game phase a walk in the park.
When it comes to farming for items that are dropped by Water Pals, having this Pal is a good way to get more items, and it has an advantage since Electric attacks are strong against them.
Penking Lux may not always appear around the Phantom Isle unless you get rid of the other Pals, but Sakurajima Island is a good choice as long as you are ready to face tougher Pals.
