The Pal Labor Research Laboratory is a structure that was added in the Feybreak Update, which has become a huge convenience for everyone.
This structure allows you to unlock several boosts that improve the way your Pals work as well as other bonuses that are shared at any of your bases.
At the cost of resources and a small amount of time, you can improve the overall efficiency of your Pals as you progress through the game.
How To Unlock Pal Labor Research Laboratory?
The Pal Labor Research Laboratory is unlockable once you reach Level 20 and only costs 2 Technology points to learn.
Once you have unlocked it from your Technology Menu, you may start building it using 10 Ingot and 10 Paldium Fragments.
More than one of these may be built, which will allow you to simultaneously research different upgrades if you prefer to speed things up a bit.
How To Use Pal Labor Research Laboratory?
After building the Pal Labor Research Laboratory, all you need to do is select the category that you would like to begin researching and upgrade in.
The available options are Handiwork, Kindling, Watering, Planting, Generating Electricity, Lumbering, Mining, Cooling and Medicine Production.
Each of these has different levels of upgrades that branch out to more efficient ones, allowing you to research better upgrades as more are completed.
Select the Research Subject (Upgrade) that you want and choose “Begin Research” once you have all the materials necessary in your inventory or your base.
A Pal that is available at your base will perform the research and once it is finished, the upgrade that was researched will be applied globally to all your bases.
Depending on the Research Subject that you choose, you will need Ancient Pal Manuscripts along with specific resources.
