Destiny 2: Intercepted Call Triumph (How to Complete & Rewards)

Some Triumphs in the Monument of Triumph don’t ask you to fight harder, but instead to take control of the battlefield in a completely different way.

The Intercepted Call Triumph drops you into the EDZ, where an Interceptor becomes your main tool for clearing enemies in a fast, explosive run.

Instead of standard gunplay, this challenge pushes you to stay mobile, stay mounted, and turn Cabal tech against anything that moves.

How To Complete Intercepted Call Triumph?

Make your way to the Sunken Isles to search for an Interceptor that may be lying around, or stick around for the Public Event that happens there and wait for one to arrive.

Once you get on an Interceptor, you will need to use it to defeat 20 combatants, and these can easily be found by roaming the area.

After you have defeated 20 combatants, the Intercepted Call Triumph will be complete, and you can claim your rewards from the Monument of Triumph Tenets.

Since this challenge requires finding an Interceptor, other players may be trying to complete it, so please make sure to pass on the Interceptor and not destroy it.

Intercepted Call Triumph Rewards

Once you have defeated 20 combatants while riding an Interceptor in the EDZ, you can claim the Intercepted Call Triumph from the Monument of Triumph for 15 Legendary Marks.

Where To Get Interceptors?

Interceptors in the EDZ are often found in the Sunkle Isles around Firebase Hades, as this is where some may arrive or may be found lying around after an enemy is killed or if another player had one.

One of the best ways to get an Interceptor is to be around when a Public Event is active in the Sunken Isles, as an enemy that is riding one may spawn in the area.

Interceptors may disappear from time to time if left for a long period, which makes it important to grab one before it is destroyed or despawns.

Verdict

The Intercepted Call Triumph is a quick and chaotic objective that turns a normal EDZ patrol into a short vehicle rampage.

It rewards awareness of Public Event spawns and smart use of Interceptors rather than relying on any complex mechanics or loadouts.

Since the requirement is low and the setup is simple, it is one of the faster Triumphs to clear while roaming the Cosmodrome-adjacent zones for easy progress.
