You and Lorath have made your way to the entrance of the Temple of Life and end up having to clear the way guarded by twisted monsters.
With the outer part of the temple now cleared, it’s time for you and Lorath to push forward and find the main entrance to continue your search for the weapon that can banish Mephisto.
The temple grounds are filled with monsters, and it is uncertain if there are any survivors after such an infestation has taken over.
How To Get Hands Stained Red Quest?
Hands Stained Red is the next quest that comes after the completion of A Devil in The Garden, which previously had you breach the entrance to the outer part of the Temple of Life.
You and Lorath continue your push into the Temple of Life in pursuit of any clues related to the blade that Lilith told you about.
Hands Stained Red Walkthrough
After clearing the enemies outside of the outer entrance, proceed by making your way towards the marker that leads you to a blocked part of the temple just past the location’s waypoint.
As you make your way to the waypoint, you will find a Bramble Infested person, who is calling out for help, but they are beyond saving.
After interacting with the infected person, you must continue making your way to the waypoint until you find Tharra, whom you must now speak with.
Speak with Tharra and grab her spear for her before the three of you continue making your way through the Temple of Life.
Head to the waypoint, and your objective will change, requiring that you clear three areas of corruption by destroying the Twisted Undergrowth and defeating the Crone of Vines.
After all areas have been cleared, you will need to head to a blocked path full of Twisted Undergrowth and clear it.
Speak to Lorath once the area has been cleared, and he, along with Tharra, will remain behind to hold off the lesser enemies that follow. (Quest ends here)
Hands Stained Red Quest Rewards
Once the path leading inside has been cleared, the Hands Stained Red quest will end, and you will receive a new quest called Seed of Hatred.
In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

- Gold

Pushing deeper into the Temple of Life reveals just how far the corruption has spread, with survivors either lost or barely holding on as the infestation takes over.
Fighting alongside Lorath and Tharra, you carve a path through twisted growths and corrupted enemies as you work to clear the way forward.
With the path to the inner temple finally opened, you press on alone, knowing something far more dangerous awaits inside and that a tougher fight lies ahead.
