Following the storyline of the Season of the Infernal Hordes, you have previously parted ways with Itsel after her betrayal, but things don’t end here.
Upon reaching World Tier 3 (Nightmare), you witness a commotion that takes place in Zarbinzet and this later involves Locran, who introduced you to Itsel.
The commotion is among a large group of people in the town who are preparing to fight back Triune cultists who are outside of Zarbinzet.
The Eye of The Enemy Objectives:
- Investigate the commotion in Zarbinzet
- Speak to Captain Cireska
- Find the Triune Cultists outside of Zarbinzet
- Kill the Demons and Triune Cultists
- Defend Zarbinzet from the Triune
- Kill the Demons and Triune Cultists
- Speak to Locran
- Free Locran from the crucifix
- Speak to Locran
- Find the Triune Heretics outside of the Ruins of Rakhat Keep
- Slay the Demons
- Destroy the Summoning Portal
- Slay the remaining demons
- Speak to Locran

The Eyes of The Enemy Quest Walkthrough
Once you have transitioned to World Tier 3, Nightmare, this quest will begin and you will need to make your way to Zarbinzet to witness the commotion.
Upon talking to Captain Cireska, it will be revealed that Triune Heretics are outside of the gate and you will join the defense against them.
Captain Cireska and the others will charge to the frontlines and you will need to help them defeat the heretics and demons that fight alongside them.
After the battle, you will find Locran on a crucifix and will need to speak to him, which reveals that he was captured and crucified before he could expose the heretics.
Interact with Locran to free him and the two of you will meet at the Ruins of Rakhat Keep afterward but enemies will be there, and you will need to clear them out.
Speaking to Locran after clearing out the enemies will result in you needing to find evidence in the Ruins of Rakhat Keep about the heretics’ activities.
There will be 3 pieces of evidence that you can find, and these are a Scrawled Letter, Triune Map, and Plans of Rakhat Keep.
These may all be found within the area near Locran and will be marked on your map, making it easy to locate and interact with them.
Once you have gathered all the evidence, you will need to speak to Locran and afterward, the quest will come to an end.
The Eyes of The Enemy Quest Rewards
After searching for evidence in the Ruins of Rakhat Keep and showing your findings to Locran, the quest will end, and you will receive the following:
- Item Cache
- Legendary Equipment
- XP
- Gold
Verdict
It seems that after the events that occurred during the time that you were working with Itsel, the heretics had already been making their plans.
Judging by the attack on Zarbinzet and the Ruins of Rakhat Keep being cleared out, the heretics have already executed these plans.
You and Locran are left with the task of finding out what the heretics are doing and will need to make haste before the worst comes.
