Smokie is one of the Pals that was introduced with the release of the Feybreak Update and this Pal became popular for its ability to detect Chromite as well as its adorable looks.
While exploring Feybreak Island, you may run into a certain Sealed Realm, and within it is a Dungeon Boss and Alpha Variant of Smokie.
Known as Smokie, Jet-Black Little Hero, this Dungeon Boss can be a bit more challenging than the other Smokie that you encounter on Feybreak Island but defeating it will be rewarding.

Smokie, Jet-Black Little Hero can be found within the Sealed Realm of the Little Hero, which is a dungeon located around the southeast part of Feybreak Island.
You may find the entrance to the Sealed Realm of the Little Here at around (–878, -1479) and this won’t be hard to spot as it is on a cliff at the end of the beach area.
Fighting Smokie, Jet-Black Little Hero
Smokie, Jet-Black Little Hero will be Level 55 when you find it in the Sealed Realm of the Little Hero and it will be accompanied by 2 other Smokie that fight alongside it.
It would be best to take out the other Smokie to single out the Dungeon Boss, especially if you plan on capturing it so they don’t chip away at your health while you focus on it.
Using Dragon Pals will give you an advantage against Smokie, since they will be resistant to the Dark Damage that it deals to them.
Moving around may provide you with an advantage but it is also important to distance yourself as all of the Pals in the dungeon have attacks that they use up close.
Aiming for the head will make short work of this Dungeon Boss as well as its companions since they do not have a lot of health.

Defeating Smokie (Jet-Black Little Hero) will reward you with the Smokie Bounty Token, which provides you with Dark Damage Enhancement. (Small)
Verdict
Much like the other Field Bosses and Dungeon Bosses on Feybreak Island, Smokie will be tough to beat if you are not equipped with good gear and if your level is below 50.
Using Dragon Pals is optional but if you are around Level 50 or above, Smokie will be an easy target to defeat and even capture if you plan to do so.
The Dark Damage Enhancement provided by the Smokie Bounty Token can be useful if you have other Dark Pals in your Party and other bosses also provide similar effects with tokens.
