Omascul, Hundred-Faced Apostle is a Level 55 Dark Pal and Field Boss that you may encounter when you are exploring the southern part of Feybreak Island.

Omascul Location Map
Omascul, Hundred-Faced Apostle will often be roaming around at (-1182, -1491) at the Frozen Coral Hill region in the southernmost part of Feybreak Island.
Once you reach the Frozen Coral Hill, heading to this location will end up with you coming across this Field Boss and two Omascul that support it.
Fighting Omascul, Hundred-Faced Apostle
Omascul is a Dark Pal, which gives it an advantage against Neutral Pals since it deals more damage to them and is resistant to Neutral Damage.
Once you are noticed by the group, they will immediately become hostile and you should be ready for their Soul Drain (Exclusive Ability) as they can use it at any time.
Soul Drain allows Omascul to teleport to a target, restraining them and stealing their health, which can make you vulnerable to the other members of the group.
Using Dragon Pals will give you an advantage as Dark Pals such as Omascul take more damage from Dragon Attacks and will deal less damage to them.
Always move around and be prepared to dodge Omascul whenever it uses Soul Drain while trying to get a few shots in from time to time until it is defeated. (Or capture it if you have better spheres)

Verdict
Since Omascul, Hundred-Faced Apostle is Level 55, it will be stronger than most of the Pals that you have come across and its ability to deal a lot of damage can make it dangerous to face.
Making sure that you dodge its attacks, especially Soul Drain will make it easy for you to avoid taking damage and the use of ranged weapons is advisable while fighting alongside your Pals.
Omascul tends to heal itself when Soul Drain hits a target but while it uses this skill, you will have a brief moment to dish out some damage to it.
