Gaining Seasonal Reputation lets you progress with your Viz-Jaq’taar Veneration Rank, providing you with rewards that can be claimed with each rank.

How To Farm Viz Jaq’taar Veneration Seasonal Reputation?
1) Sealing Chaos Rifts

You can claim the rewards from your Seasonal Reputation Rank at Yelesna by interacting with the Viz-Jaq’taar Offerings whenever you gain a rank.
