After defeating a demon in the Cultist Den, Shyan went off, bringing its head with her in an attempt to use her abilities to figure out what it knew.
You return to Yelesna in search of Shyan but end up finding a note instead that leads you to Backwater, where your new ally has gone.
It turns out that she may need your help with figuring out how to see into the demon’s memories using its head, which was taken.
How To Get Fell Visions Quest?
Fell Visions becomes available after you have completed the Den of Iniquity quest and have unlocked it from the Viz-Jaq’taar Veneration Offering.
This unlocks after reaching Rank 4 with Viz-Jaq’taar Veneration Rank.
Fell Visions Quest Walkthrough
The quest should begin wherever you left off after reaching Rank 4 with the Viz-Jaq’taar Veneration Offering, and you will now need to go to Yelesna.
Once you arrive in Yelesna, interact with the note that Shyan left behind, and this will point you to Backwater, where she will be.
Head to Backwater and speak to her, but this will cause her to make you wait as she is busy with an assassination that is ongoing assassination.
After Shyan kills her target, speak to her once more, and she will tell you that she needs your help with the demon’s head.
You will need to head to the Toxic Fens nearby and hunt down the Khazra in the area in an attempt to obtain 10 First Khazra Eyes that drop from them.
After you have obtained enough eyes, head back to Rotspill Delta, where a marker points to the location of Shyan’s safehouse.
Enter the safehouse and speak with Shyan so that the two of you may begin the ritual, which later reveals what one of the other council members sees.
Shyan recognizes the Sword of Horazon, which gives her a feeling that it is important in the current events that are transpiring.
She tells you that someone may be able to help and that the two of you should meet at the Caldeum Library when you are ready. (Quest Ends Here)
Fell Visions Seasonal Quest Rewards
Completing the Fell Visions quest will reward you with XP, Gold, and an Archetype Cache, which you will be lucky to have if it matches your build.
This sets in motion the path leading to the next quest after you have completed Bartuc’s Reign of Chaos (Repeatable Quest) to unlock the next Seasonal Quest.
Verdict
Shyan thought that she could look into the council’s eyes with the head of the demon alone, but eventually she needed your help.
She spoke of a scholar named Alafar who had helped her order in the past, and perhaps this time around, he may once more be of use.
For now, you will need to prepare yourself, and when the time comes, you and Shyan are to meet up and figure out if Alafar can help.
