Micah has more telemetric data for a Ghost named Balthazar, who happens to be an old friend of Peach that needs to be found.
Like Anwar, Balthazar is also a scholar but not that seasoned when it comes to fieldwork, and since his location has been detected on the Moon, Micah is concerned.
Micah believes that there must be a reason Balthazar is on the Moon and would like you to start looking for him right away.
How To Get The Visitation Quest?
Much like the other quests that involve rescuing Lost Ghosts and bringing them back to the Arbor of Light, The Visitation is unlocked after progressing.
Completing a quest from Micah called The Past will unlock The Visitation, which you may pick up from Micah’s Conduit.
The Visitation Quest Steps
Step 1: Search for Ghost telemetry in mission “Beyond” on the Moon
Your search for Balthazar will begin with you finding the Ghost telemetry, which will be done during a mission called Beyond on the Moon.
During the mission, you will be able to find the Ghost telemetry by interacting with the 3 silhouettes that you encounter after defeating Nightmare of Crota, Son of Oryx.

Step 2: Search the Moon World for signs of Balthazar
After you track down Balthazar, you will eventually need to search for him in Sanctuary beyond the green portal.
Enter the portal in Sanctuary and make your way to the very end where there is a chest and next to it you will find Balthazar.

Step 3: Return to the Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart to restore the lost Ghost
Now that Balthazar is with you, it is time to bring him back to the Arbor of Light and restore him by interacting with the marked location.

To complete the quest after restoring Balthazar, you will need to speak with Micah through her conduit in the Arbor of Light.

The Visitation Rewards
Once you have restored Balthazar and have spoken to Micah, you will be rewarded with a First Ascent Helmet.
This will often provide players who are still progressing with the ability to increase their power level by equipping this helmet or by using it to upgrade their current one.
Summary
Anwar’s death has greatly affected Balthazar but in time, the Ghost will heal and will eventually help the Traveler heal as well.
Micah believes that with Balthazar now back at the Arbor of Light, he will find new spiritual connections with the Traveler.
