Some Ghosts go too far, and Anwar is an example since he has sought out the Darkness after losing the Speaker.
Anwar was a close confidant of the Speaker and after losing his buddy, Anwar began to seek the truth about Darkness.
Micah is worried about Anwar and has sent you to search for him after she found out that his telemetry data has pointed to his location at the Pyramid on Europa.
How To Get The Veiled Quest?
The Veiled is one of the unlockable quests that will be available once you have completed a quest called The Past.
This quest may also be obtained from Micah’s Conduit after you have previously completed a few more quests from her.
The Veiled Quest Steps
Step 1: Search for Ghost telemetry in the mission “The Communion” on Europa
Micah has pointed you to the Pyramid on Europa where you will need to search for traces of another Ghost named Anwar.
During the mission, you will be able to find the Ghost telemetry by reaching the final stage of the mission which will be near a disfigured statue further from the large Dissenter Statue.

Step 2: Search Europa for signs of Anwar
Data that you have analyzed has shown that Anwar has gone to the Ziggurat, and you will need to make your way to the area called Beyond in Europa.
Once you are in Beyond, face the opposite direction of the nearby structure and you will be able to spot the Ziggurat.
Make your way to the Ziggurat and stand at the center to teleport inside and once you are there, continue making your way to the end and you will find the remains of Anwar.

Step 3: Return to the Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart to restore the lost Ghost
While Anwar has died, he would have wanted his shell to bathe in the Light of the traveler and this is what you will do.
Head back to the Arbor of Light and proceed with “restoring” the Ghost before you go to speak with Micah at her Conduit.

Step 4: Return to the Arbor of Light to discuss next steps
After you have finished restoring the Lost Ghost, you will need to go to Micah’s Conduit to speak with her, which will complete the quest.

The Veiled Rewards
Once you have brought Anwars remains back to the Armor of Light and have spoken with Micah after doing the restoration, speaking to her will reward you with the First Ascent Chest Armor.
The First Ascent Chest Armor will vary depending on what character you are using and may provide you with the opportunity to increase your Power Level.
Summary
Anwar was lost in many ways, especially after losing someone who meant a lot to him, and this drove him down a darker path.
While seeking truth about the Darkness, it seems that Anwar turned up dead and it was good of you to bring him back to the Arbor of Light.
Micah will have more tasks for you and hopefully, they do not end up like they did with this one, but Anwar’s memory will still go on.
