Destiny 2 gave some of the Guardians a new weapon to grind for and this involved doing several tasks in the Pale Heart.
The Khvostov 7G-0X Exotic Auto Rifle has had players grinding in the Pale Heart to collect different items and later requires them to bring them to the Speaker’s Chamber.

How To Get To The Speaker’s Chamber?
The first thing you will need to do is go to the Pale Heart, preferably the Last City and this can be done instantly by fast traveling.
Once you are at the Last City in the Pale Heart, head into the building to the left side of the spawn area to make your way to the Speaker’s Chamber.
Take note that this is not the same path you take to get to Micah’s Conduit as this is in another building and not the one you want to go to.
Once you exit the building, you will find yourself outside and a large tower will be in front of an Eliksni that is sweeping.
Head into the large tower and this will end up with you reaching the Speaker’s Chamber, where you are to make offerings.
By offerings, we mean the Mote of Primordial Light that you may have worked hard to get well as the Visions of the Traveler that you must have collected.
What To Do in Speaker’s Chamber?
Once you reach the Speaker’s Chamber, you will need to interact with each of the pedestals, where the Visions of the Traveler need to be placed.
After placing a total of 8 Visions of the Traveler, a chest will spawn nearby, and you may open this to get the Khvostov 7G-0X Exotic Auto Rifle.
Verdict
The Pale Heart introduced a new location for players to enjoy and it is understandable if you sometimes don’t know where to go.
It turns out that players had been searching for the Speaker’s Chamber and even went as far as to go to the original Lost City to find it.
To sum things up, when heading to the Speaker’s Chamber, all you need to make sure of is that you have the Mote of Primordial Light since this means you have collected everything needed.
