How To Get The Central Academy Strangelet Quest?
The Central Academy Strangelet (Quest) becomes available after you have completed quest step 7 of The Edge of Fate. (Seasonal Quest)
This quest needs to be completed along with The Exile’s Accord Strangelet (Quest) to complete quest step 8 in The Edge of Fate.
The Central Academy Strangelet Quest Steps (Objectives)
Step 1: Locate the Emeritus in the Aionian Campus
The Emeritus can be found at The Central Academy (Aionian Campus) and is only a short distance away from Caldera. (Follow the waypoint to reach him)
Upon reaching The Emeritus, you will need to speak with him to continue this quest, which later leads to you searching for a laboratory.
Step 2: Find a way into the Aionian laboratory to rescue the scientists held there
While not clearly understood, The Emeritus reveals that his fellow scientists have located an Acceleron, but they have been captured.
You will need to head to a nearby laboratory and free the scientists who have been captured to receive the Acceleron from them.
This requires that you head to the laboratory and destroy the devices that are causing a disruption, which will allow you to access the nearby console to open the laboratory.
Once inside, you need to fight your way through multiple enemies and eventually a Warden Servitor before you can free them.
Step 3: Let The Emeritus know that you have saved his researchers
After freeing the scientists from the laboratory, head back to The Emeritus and speak with him to report on your success with your previous task.
Step 4: Push back the assault on the Aionian Agricultural Center
While speaking to The Emeritus, you piece together what he is saying, and it looks like an attack will begin on their agricultural center.
You will need to head to the Mission Starter for the “Fallow” mission and complete it to proceed to the next quest step.
Step 5: Let Emeritus know the problem at the Agricultural Center has been resolved
After you have recently completed the “Fallow” mission, head back to The Emeritus and speak with him to report your success in saving the Agricultural Center.
Step 6: Speak with Dean Rebecca in the Aionian Campus
Once you have spoken to The Emeritus and he speaks about a “Holy Site” that is in trouble, which leads you to speak to Dean Rebecca about the issue.
Step 7: Protect the Aionian holy site
Dean Rebecca explains that their holy progenitor ship has been occupied by the House of Exiles, and this can turn into chaos as the fuel cells aboard the ship are at risk.
Your next task is to protect the Aionian holy site, which will be done in the “Nostos” mission that you can start by interacting with the Mission Starter nearby.
Step 8: Talk to The Emeritus in the Aionian Campus
After completing the Nostos mission, head to the Aionian Campus and speak to The Emeritus to report your success in preventing the House of Exile’s plans.
Step 9: Speak with the dean in the Aionian Campus regarding the Vex
You will be redirected to Dean Rebecca after speaking to The Emeritus, and she will speak of the site of the graduation defense ritual and ask you to get rid of the Vex.
Step 10: Retrieve the Strangelet Capsule from its resting place
The Strangelet Capsule is almost within your grasp, and you will need to start the “Commencement” mission to track it down and collect it.
The Central Academy Strangelet Quest Rewards
Completing, The Central Academy Stranglet quest will reward you with another Strangelet Capsule, which will allow you to progress with The Edge of Fate quest.
Throughout this quest, you will be able to obtain various materials and gear by defeating enemies along the way and eventually unlock the Rosetta II upgrade as well.
Upon completion of the Commencement mission done during the last quest step, you will also unlock a Landing Zone at the Aionian Campus.
