During Act II: Rites of the Deep quest, you are tasked with obtaining Willbreaker Shards that can be manifested depending on what objectives you complete.
One of the quests called Shattered Shards: Innermost Power can be considered an easy way to get one of the shards as you simply need to defeat enemies with abilities.
The use of abilities will be required the majority of the time, and it would be best if you would face several groups of enemies for quick progression.
How To Get Shattered Shards: Innermost Power?
You may obtain the Shattered Shards: Innermost Power quest from the Shaping Slab once you have reached Quest Step 5 in Act II: Rites of the Deep.
This is one of the quests that you need to complete to progress with Act II: Rites of the Deep and is available with 4 other quests that reward you with Willbreaker Shards.
Shattered Shards: Innermost Power Quest Steps
Step 1: Manifest this shard of Willbreaker by mastering your abilities.
To complete this quest step, you will need to defeat Taken or Hive Combatants with any of your abilities to prove sword logic.
You will need to achieve 100% progress, and this can be completed faster if you defeat combatants in Episode: Heresy activities. (The Nether or Court of Blades)
Step 2: Return to the Shaping Slab with your reclaimed shard of Willbreaker
After completing the first quest step, make your way to Eris Morn’s Apartment and interact with the Shaping Slab to complete the quest.
Shattered Shards: Innermost Power Rewards
Once you have made it back to Eris Morn’s Apartment and have interacted with the Shaping Slab to complete the quest, you will receive the following rewards:
- Willbreaker Shard: Sol
- Seasonal Gear (Common)
- Sigil Shards
- Essence of Desire
Verdict
While defeating combatants anywhere with abilities may provide you with a good way to choose where to get several kills, Episode: Heresy activities are also a good option.
It would be ideal to lure enemies or wait until groups spawn before unleashing your abilities to progress faster with this quest.
Using abilities that have a faster cooldown and even modifying your build for cooldown reduction can be a big help as this will allow you to use them more often.
