Season of the Deep has provided Guardians with access to new Deep Weapons and Deep Armor as well as get their hands on the returning Reckoning Weapons from Season of the Drifter.
These are the Deep Weapons and Deep Armor, which were introduced with the season which players can obtain in Seasonal Activities such as Salvage and Deep Dive.
Making a return to Destiny 2 are the Reckoning Weapons, which were released back during the Season of the Drifter but have now returned as rewards for fishing.
How To Unlock Deep Weapon Focusing?
The ability to focus Deep Weapons and Reckoning Weapons can be unlocked by completing the Deep Weapon Focusing Seasonal Bonus challenge.
The Deep Weapon Focusing Seasonal Bonus challenge can be completed by collecting 6 Season of the Deep weapons or Reckoning Weapons.
Each of these needs to be different and once you have at least 6 different weapons, you will be able to claim the challenge reward, unlocking Deep Weapon Focusing.
How To Unlock Deep Armor Focusing?
You can unlock the ability to focus Deep Armor like with Season of the Deep weapons by obtaining the different kinds of NPA armor.
This requires that you obtain a full set before you can claim the Deep Armor Focusing Seasonal Bonus challenge.
Once all 6 pieces of NPA armor have been obtained and you have claimed the challenge rewards, you will be able to focus Deep Armor.
How To Focus Season of the Deep Equipment?
You can focus on Season of the Deep weapons and armor by heading over to the Sonar Station, which will allow you to open up the Deep Engram Decoding menu.
This is where you will be able to focus weapons that you have already obtained, allowing you to get new stats and rolls for them.
You will need a certain number of Deep Engrams and Glimmer to acquire the different legendary weapons via focusing.
Verdict
Focusing weapons and armor from the Season of the Deep has been made easier, especially since all you need to do is collect a few before being able to reobtain them.
While weapons and armor can be unlocked separately, this can easily be done soon after you have done a couple of Seasonal Activities or if you go fishing.
Deep Engrams will be needed if you want to get your hands on a lot of Season of the Deep weapons or armor to get different stats and perks.
