Eliksni Birdseed is a treat that you can bake using Eva’s Holiday Oven and can later be given to Louis, which will in return get you something as well.
While this is a gift that Louis will enjoy, you will need to go to some extent to bake it, which is to find the ingredients.

After you have given the Eliksni Birdseed to Louise, you will get a Dawning Delivery in return which will be opened and may provide you with legendary gear, Glimmer, or other goodies.
Best Way to Farm Eliksni Birdseed Ingredients
The best way to tackle Ether Cane and Personal Touch would be to focus on the Fallen as they drop Ether Cane.
While fighting the Fallen, you should make use of your melee ability (even without being charged) to defeat the Fallen.
This will get you Ether Cane from defeating the Fallen and Personal Touch from defeating them with a melee ability.
Verdict
The Fallen are quite easy to defeat, which makes using uncharged melee abilities quite decent when targeting them.
Trostland on EDZ has some Lost Sectors which are a good source for farming Fallen enemies and can give you a good chance of getting both ingredients.
While Louis may just be Hawthorne’s pet, he still deserves a little treat now and then, especially during The Dawning.
