Much like the other Wolfsbane Catalysts, you will need to delve into the Heliostat Exotic Mission and find a Datapad to insert into a nearby console.

Relentless Strikes Refit causes every third attack with Wolfsbane to grant additional Sword Ammo, allowing you to maintain your assault longer without depleting your reserves too quickly.
Each time you strike at least one enemy with Wolfsbane, the hit counts toward the three-hit requirement, triggering the bonus Sword Ammo upon completion.
Utilizing the Relentless Strikes Refit catalyst enables continuous, close-range combat by restoring ammo through consistent hits, letting you charge into enemies to unleash devastating attacks.
How To Get Relentless Strikes Refit Catalyst?
Once you reach the elevator area in the Heliostat Exotic Mission, there will be a terminal on the left and 3 terminals on the right if you are facing the elevator.
Summon the Hacking Psion and interact with the terminal on the left before making your way to the set of terminals on the right.
Keep in mind that the terminal that looks like an arrow pointing down is meant to bring the elevator down, as you will need to do this later.
Now that your Hacking Psion is busy with the other terminal, you will need to choose the first terminal that will bring the elevator up to a room with a data pad.
For us, it was the terminal with a symbol of an arrow pointing to the right, which would cause the elevator to go up. (Make sure you get on top of it quickly)
Head through the door that opens up and take the data pad before jumping down and sliding back to the area where the terminals are.
Interact with the other terminal to start the elevator again, which will bring you to the entrance of a room that has a terminal with a red screen.
After you have inserted the Datapad, continue by completing the mission, and you will obtain the Relentless Strikes Refit catalyst for Wolfsbane.
