The Conductor, also known as Maya Sundaresh is at large, and with her plans to take over the Solar System, it is up to you to put a stop to her.
Maya Sundaresh has her compelled Vex set up at the center of Nessus and you will need to face them if you are to put a stop to her.
During this quest, your abilities will be tested as you attempt to stop her from taking over the Solar System with her Vex forces.
How To Get A Rising Chorus: Act 3 Quest?
A Rising Chorus: Act 3 is obtained after you have completed the Echoes Act 3: A Resounding Truth quest as a reward.
Echoes Act 3: A Resounding Truth became available after Echoes Act 2, which continues the events after the discovery of The Conductor’s real identity, Maya Sundaresh.
A Rising Chorus: Act 3 Quest Steps
Step 1: Defeat the Conductor’s forces in the Exotic mission “Encore”
A Rising Chorus Act 3 starts with you having to complete the Exotic Mission called Encore, which was introduced in the third act.
This requires that you fight your way past several enemies and reach the end to defeat a powerful boss after going through puzzles at the center of Nessus.

Step 2: Meet with Ikora in the H.E.L.M.
Once you have completed the Encore Exotic Mission, you will need to head back to the H.E.L.M. to speak with Ikora Rey.

Step 3: Learn how Failsafe plans to break Maya’s encryption
After speaking to Ikora, make your way to Failsafe who will discuss her plan as this mainly involves you getting deep into Nessus while Failsafe does her part as well.

Step 4: Find the stolen Golden Age component in The Rift Lost Sector on Nessus
One of Failsafe’s research components was stolen and is now hidden within a Lost Sector on Nessus called The Rift.
You will need to make your way to the Rift and find 5 Golden Age Tech, which may be obtained by opening white containers scattered around the end of the Lost Sector.

Step 5: Upgrade Failsafe at the H.E.L.M.
With the Golden Age Tech Modules that you have found, Failsafe may now be upgraded once you interact with her at the H.E.L.M.

Step 6: Speak with Failsafe in the H.E.L.M.
Now that Failsafe has been upgraded, you will need to speak with her as she is eager to discuss the new abilities that she has.
Step 7: Help Failsafe research specimen NES007 and discover its secrets
During the Encore Exotic Mission, you obtained a specimen in Maya’s lab and Failsafe is eager to analyze it.
This requires that you complete the Specimen ID NES007 quest, which becomes available after you have completed the Encore Exotic Mission. (You obtain the specimen in Maya’s lab)

Step 8: Visit the holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
Failsafe and Saint-14 have been speaking and seeing that she is busy with her analysis, Saint-14 has left you a message.

Step 9: END OF WEEK 1
The conductor has revealed that she is a reborn Maya Sundaresh, who is a Golden-Age scientist who is now utilizing the Echo of Command to control the Vex.
Failsafe is busy attempting to reestablish a connection with Maya’s laboratory and will reach out to you once she is successful.
Week 2 Quest Steps
Step 10: Visit the holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
A message has been left for you at the H.E.L.M. and you may access this via the holoprojector to continue with the quest.

Step 11: Recover the Exo data from the Lost Sector Perdition on Europa
Failsafe has the plan to obtain information on what The Conductor is up to and this requires that you head to the Perdition Lost Sector on Europa to get it.
You will need to head to Perdition and fight your way through the enemies to defeat the boss and loot the cache at the end.

Step 12: Locate the consciousness driver in Bray Exoscience on Europa
Failsafe needs you to obtain a Consciousness Driver, which you may obtain at the Bray Exoscience on Europa.
This can be found in the second room that you get into just after you enter the main hall and may be accessed behind some equipment.

Step 13: Destroy the Conductor’s Choral Mind in the Exotic Mission, Encore launched from the H.E.L.M.
Once again you will need to fight your way to the center of Nessus where the Choral Mind may be encountered in the Encore Exotic Mission.
This may prove to be more challenging than when you previously did the mission and there will be more to discover after destroying the Choral Mind.

Step 14: Visit the holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
After you have destroyed the Conductor’s Choral Mind, a message from Osiris will be waiting for you at the H.E.L.M. that you should check out.

Step 15: END OF WEEK 2
You have struck a mighty blow to The Conductor but Maya Sundaresh continues to collect Radiolaria in the core of Nessus.
Failsafe is making another attempt to figure out what is going on and will be reaching out to you again when you are needed.
Week 3 Quest Steps
Step 16: Visit the holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
Ikora has a message from you and this can be received by heading to the H.E.L.M. and interacting with the holoprojector.

Step 17: Search the Neomuna Veil Containment terminals for the quantum signature of the “true” Chioma
It is known that Maya Sundaresh is searching for a specific Chioma Esi and there may be a chance that you may find her signature in Neomuna.
You will need to make your way to Neomuna and search the veil containment terminals in the area for any signs of the “true” Chioma that Maya is looking for.

Step 18: Install a network relay for Failsafe to boost her connection
Failsafe was able to isolate a signal but it’s one of hundreds, which requires she has more access to boost her chances of finding what you are looking for.
To carry out Plan B of this phase, you will need to Liming Harbor and install a network relay to boost Failsafe’s connection, which will be on Neomuna.

Step 19: Stop the Conductor’s plans by destroying the Choral Mind in the Exotic mission “Encore”
It is time to finally put a stop to the Conductor’s plans and to do this, you will need to head into the core of Nessus again.
This can be done by starting the Encore: Coda (Exotic Mission), which will have you fight your way through Nessus until you reach and defeat the Choral Mind.

Step 20: Confront the Conductor with the knowledge that she destroyed her “true” Chioma
It turns out that in The Conductor’s attempt to find her Chioma, she ended up destroying the real one from her simulation.
This begins right after you have completed the Encore: Coda (Exotic Mission) and will happen during a cutscene.

Step 21: Speak with Failsafe in the H.E.L.M.
After the events that have occurred, Failsafe would like to speak with you at her remote uplink in the H.E.L.M.

Step 22: Speak to Saint-14 in the H.E.L.M.
Saint-14 has something he wants to tell you and you can find him in the H.E.L.M. to hear what he has to say about everything that went on.

The A Rising Chorus Act III quest ends after you speak to Saint-14 and this results in him accepting who he is now rather than what he believed he was based on what The Conductor said.
On Nessus, the Vex forces remain dormant for a while even if Maya Sundaresh has escaped and things are peaceful for now as Failsafe continues to monitor the planet.
A Rising Chorus: Act 3 Quest Rewards
Completing the Encore Exotic Mission for the first time will reward you with the Choir of One Exotic Assault Rifle, which fires extended-range heavy caliber rounds.
Various loot may be obtained as you complete quests and defeat enemies while completing some of the quest steps in A Rising Chorus: Act 3.
Upon finishing quest step 6, you will obtain a Perfected Radiolite Sampler, which allows you to collect more Radiolite samples. (Storage capacity increased to 2000g)
During this quest, you will encounter multiple specimens that will unlock quests that may be completed to unlock useful upgrades from Failsafe.
Summary
Maya Sundaresh has had a head start from the very beginning as she obtained the Echo of Command, giving her access to the Vex forces.
She continues to gather radiolaria as this will be the key to her taking over the Solar System and it is up to you to stop her.
Failsafe appears to be much more of a help on the H.E.L.M. than when she was back at the Exodus Black, whereas she now contributes more to help you out.
