How To Get Echoes Act 3: A Resounding Truth?
The Echoes Act 3: A Resounding Truth became available during the release of Echoes Act 3 of Destiny 2’s The Final Shape.
This continues the story after the Guardian had discovered the true identity of The Conductor, which turned out to be Maya Sundaresh.
Upon logging in during Act 3, this quest will be available and will allow you to obtain the main quest for the current act.
Echoes Act 3: A Resounding Truth Quest Steps
Step 1: Receive a message at Failsafe’s console in the H.E.L.M.
At the beginning of Act 3, you will need to head to Failsafe to receive a transmission, which is revealed to be from Maya Sundaresh.
Failsafe disagrees with Maya regarding her plans as she senses that this is a different Maya or one who does not act like the one.

Step 2: Speak to Failsafe in the H.E.L.M.
Failsafe wants to talk to you about what The Conductor (Maya Sundaresh) mentioned in the transmission that you just received.
You notice how Failafe toggles between her different versions where she shows sorrow and disapproval for Maya’s plans, which need to be stopped.

Echoes Act 3: A Resounding Truth Rewards
After you have received the transmission from Maya Sundaresh and have spoken with Failsafe, you will be able to obtain the main quest for Act 3.
The main quest is called A Rising Chorus: Act 3, which is a continuation of the current events of the Final Shape in the Echoes storyline.
