Lorath has been escorted out of Temis for his assault on the queen, which was all a plot devised by Mephisto to come out as the good guy.
You leave with Lorath to find a way to put a stop to Mephisto, but you will need to search elsewhere for the answers that you seek.
Lorath awaits you in the Fields of Seryn outside of Temis, and once you are ready, the two of you can journey on to find a way to put a stop to Mephisto.
How To Get What’s Yet Unseen Quest?
What’s Yet Unseen begins after the completion of The Queen and the Saint quest, which is shortly after Lorath is escorted out of Temis after being tricked into attacking Queen Adreona.
What’s Yet Unseen Quest Walkthrough
Once the quest begins, make your way to the waypoint to meet up with Lorath and speak to him before heading to the road to Vision’s End.
Upon your arrival, you and Lorath will be assailed by ambushing pirates, who should be quite easy to take care of before moving on.
Speak to Lorath, and the two of you will push forward and search for the source of the pirate ambushers to the north.
As you make your way to the north, more ambushers will appear, and you will need to take them out before targeting the Salt-iron Anchors nearby.
There will be 3 Salt-iron Anchors, and these must be destroyed before you can continue, but they will also be guarded by more pirates.
Continue making your way to the north, and you will come across one of the Amazon distress signals, and to Lorath’s surprise, it has not been lit.
A Corrupted Corsair will appear in the area, smashing the distress signal and attacking you while accompanied by other pirates that follow shortly after he arrives.
Defeat the Corrupted Corsair and the rest of the ambushers before continuing along the path that leads to Vison’s End.
Upon reaching Vision’s End, head to Oracle Cyra and speak to her, which will result in the quest ending after your conversation.
What’s Yet Unseen Quest Rewards
After speaking to Oracle Cyra, the quest will be complete, and a new quest called In the Shadows of Another will become your next active quest.
In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

Verdict
The situation outside Temis feels noticeably unstable, with ambushes and unrest breaking out in a way that doesn’t match how tightly Queen Adreona normally keeps the region controlled.
Seeing pirates and corrupted forces operating so openly suggests something has already disrupted the balance of order that once held the area together.
Even as Oracle Cyra offers clues and direction, it’s clear that something is deeply wrong beyond Temis, and whatever is causing it is spreading faster than expected.
