Splatterina is one of the Pals that was added when the Feybreak Update was released and this Dark Pal can be a menace if it catches you off guard.
While exploring Feybreak Island, you may encounter a cave where an Alpha Variant (Field Boss) of Splatterina can be found, which has the title of Crimson Butcher.
Splattering, Crimson Butcher serves as one of the Field Bosses on Feybreak Island and can be a tough enemy to defeat since it is Level 58.

Splatterina resides within the Bloodstained Tunnel and her coordinates are at (-1209, -1325) around the Scorched Hill on Feybreak Island.
The entrance to the Bloodstained Tunnel however is a bit to the south of where Splatterina is marked on the map and you can find it at (-1202, -1385) around the Frozen Coral Hill.
Fighting Splatterina, Crimson Butcher
Since Splatterina, Crimson Butcher is Level 58, you should expect that it will utilize powerful Dark Active Skills during the fight.
Watch out for Grudge Barrage as this Active Skill is a combination of a quick slash followed by an attack from above that releases a wave of Dark energy.
Keeping your distance is ideal since this Field Boss can use Dark Whisp, which unleashes a projectile that deals Dark Damage and this travels quickly, which makes it hard to evade.
Utilizing a Dragon Pal will give you an advantage against Splatterina since Dark Damage is reduced against them and this Field Boss will be weaker against Dragon Damage.
This Field Boss is quite fast when it comes to attacks due to its Active Skills, which makes it necessary to avoid as many attacks as you can to take less damage during the fight.

Verdict
Splatterina will often use Dark Wisp and at close range, it is almost impossible to avoid and will deal a large amount of damage if you are lower than the level of this Field Boss.
Having a Pal fight the Crimson Butcher head-on will give you space to roam around and at this point, you can continue damaging it from afar with ranged weapons.
Since Splatterina does not have any companions alongside it in the Bloodstained Tunnel, defeating it is less of a hassle as long as you avoid getting damaged too much.
