When it comes to getting the best equipment in Palworld, you will want to grab Schematics to craft them and there are different qualities that you can obtain.
The highest quality of Schematics is Legendary, which provides higher stats such as Damage, Armor, Health, Ammo Capacity, Durability, and more depending on the weapon or armor.
To give you a jumpstart on how and/or where to get all of the Legendary Schematics, we have prepared this guide to make everything much easier to track.
How To Get Legendary Schematics?
1) Defeat Alpha Pals
Defeating an Alpha Pal that has Legendary Schematics amongst some of their drops will provide you with a chance to get them.
While this can be a quick way to get loot from an Alpha Pal, it may be best to capture them instead so that you get loot from capturing it and may butcher it later for even more loot.
2) Capture Alpha Pals
When capturing Alpha Pals, there is a chance that they will drop a Legendary Schematic if it is amongst the loot from their drop tables.
Capturing Alpha Pals is a great way to not only get rewards but since you keep the Alpha Pal that you capture, it can later be butchered for a chance to get the Legendary Schematics.
3) Butcher Alpha Pals
Early in the game, you will be able to unlock the Meat Cleaver (Level 12) and this can be used to “Butcher” Pals that you no longer need.
Butchering a Pal will get rid of it as well as provide you with certain loot from the Pal’s drop table, which also works on Alpha Pals. (This can get you the Alpha Pal’s loot, including Legendary Schematics)
4) Disassemble Alpha Pals
Similar to obtaining loot from Pals like with the Meat Cleaver, there is a much quicker way to “Butcher” your Pals or in this case, “Disassemble” them.
At Level 54, you can unlock the Pal Disassembly Conveyor, which can be used to get rid of multiple Pals by placing them in its inventory. (This will remove Pals and provide you with their loot quickly)
5) Crafting Schematics At Drafting Table
At Level 45, you will be able to unlock the Drafting Table, which is a crafting station that allows you to convert Schematics of the same type into better ones.
You will need 5 of the same Schematics to create a Schematic from the next tier and an example would be using 5x Epic Semi-Auto Rifle Schematics to create a Legendary Semi-Auto Rifle Schematic.
