Palworld: How To Paint Structures

With the Home Sweet Home update, not only were new structures added for better building options, but a new structure painting feature was also added.

This allows them to now paint their Foundation Structures, giving more diversity when it comes to finalizing the amazing building that they later come up with.

Painting structures in Palworld is relatively easy and a simple yet amazing way to improve the aesthetics of the many bases that you can build.

What Structures Can Be Painted?

Structure Painting is mainly tied to the options you have available in the Foundations section of your Build Menu, which does not include the Japanese-Style Structures.

Wood, Stone, Metal, Glass, and Futuristic Sets may all be painted, and this includes the foundations, walls, windows, doors, and more that can be selected.

There are no painting options for structures such as crafting stations and other items that you build in your base, but at least you can customize the foundation-type ones.

How To Paint Structures?

To paint structures, all you need to do is open your Build Menu, and this will now show the Paint Mode option instead of just Disassembly Mode.

Select Paint Mode or press the bound key (P on PC) to open the UI, and this will provide you with a palette of colors that you can scroll through and easily apply to structures.

There are 15 colors available on your palette, and that’s not where the fun stops, because you can also edit the colors on the palette and even adjust the colors to the ones you prefer.

Color Options

When it comes to color options, there are MANY, and you can bind these to your palette to replace ones that you do not need to use.

You may choose a base color using the slider labeled as “Color” and adjust the Saturation and Brightness to perfect the color that you want.

This makes it easy to get the exact color you want, especially when you need to adjust it due to the base color of the structure you want to paint.

Verdict

When it comes to painting structures, it is simple in Palworld, which is mainly a whole cover adjustment of the structure when you paint it.

This includes all sides of the structure, both inside and outside of the buildings that you make, and it is free of cost.

Thanks to this feature, you can now enjoy building amazing bases and tuning them with the exact colors that you want to perfect them.
