Palworld: All New Structures (Home Sweet Home)

Building has always been a core part of Palworld, especially for expanding bases, improving layouts, and making them look more appealing.

The Home Sweet Home update adds new structures alongside small building tweaks, giving players more options without changing how progression works.

Overall, the update focuses on offering more building variety and better design freedom rather than reinventing the system.

How To Unlock New Structures?

Unlocking the new Home Sweet Home structures is straightforward, as they are tied directly to existing structure sets in the Technology Menu.

On new saves, these structures unlock automatically as you progress and research their corresponding Wood, Stone, Metal, Glass, Japanese Style, or Clean sets.

For older saves, the new structures are already unlocked if their structure sets were researched before the update.

How To Build New Structures?

Building the new Home Sweet Home structures works largely the same as before, with only a few small tweaks that make base construction smoother and faster overall.

One notable change is that the game now automatically places the same structure repeatedly, allowing you to continuously build without needing to reselect the item unless you cancel placement.

The building menu has also been redesigned with a cleaner interface, giving easier access to all structure sets within a single window and reducing unnecessary menu switching.

Verdict

The new structures give players more creative freedom when building, allowing for unique layouts, varied rooftops, and interesting interior designs that were not possible before.

Many of these pieces can also be used strategically, whether for defense, controlling Pal movement, or improving overall base functionality during gameplay.

Overall, the Home Sweet Home update makes building more flexible and rewarding, letting players design bases that are visually impressive, practical, and tactically versatile.
